Qualification Number: 327/SHE/LICQ/221 Course Description Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety aims to equip learners with an understanding of the key principles of health and safety policy including the internal, external and change factors that influence practice, and how these are operationalized in an organisations health and safety systems. Highlighting a range of factors that influence health and safety behaviours, performance and culture in the workplace and develop skills in learners so that they may be able to evaluate the health and safety culture and performance within an organisation. Learners will know about the concept of monitoring and also the monitoring techniques and will be able to perform audit of the workplace.
